Three years of working with government entities lead to successfully switching the land from the City of Reno to Washoe County and accomplishing Industrial Zoning. S3 Master Planned the land for a combination of 235,000 of Flex and 120,000 sq. ft. of Mini Storage and was ultimately sold to a 3rd party.
